Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Unpilot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Unpilot is a screen time management app designed to help you reduce phone addiction, block distracting apps, limit screen time, and build healthier digital habits. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API to provide app blocking and monitoring features.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

Unpilot offers subscription-based premium features. If you choose to subscribe:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings

All subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, is handled through the Apple App Store. To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Unpilot requires Screen Time authorization to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to:

• Monitor and report your app usage
• Block access to selected applications
• Set and enforce screen time limits

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings.

Your privacy is important to us. Screen Time data stays on your device and is processed locally using Apple's Screen Time API. We do not have access to which specific apps you use. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Unpilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Results may vary and depend on your personal commitment to reducing screen time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unpilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages related to your reliance on the App's features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
